Glutafin Gluten Free Wheat Free Bread Mix is ideal for those who require a gluten free and codex wheat starch free diet.
Ideal for bread makers and bakers that love to create bread loaves, rolls, you can be used in the same way that you would use normal flour, e.g. baking bread in your oven or bread machine, biscuits, pastry, fruit cakes etc. It also contains a sachet of yeast to help you make freshly baked fibre loaves.
