This product comes in aerosol, pump spray and roll on formats. To apply, simply spray or spread the product liberally across all exposed skin, including tricky areas like your ankles and collar bone.
Reapply after showering or bathing and allow it to dry before putting clothes on top of the sprayed areas. Not waiting for the product to dry could mean you rub the product off and risk getting bitten.
