    1. The affected area needs to be cleaned and dried.
    2. Apply half of the Steri-Strip on each side of the wound.
    3. To help close the wound, begin with one side and pull the other half over.
    4. Place the second half of the Steri-Strip on the other side of the wound.
    5. Don’t apply it in the same direction as the cut.
