Pollenase Chlorphenamine meleate 4mg  is a type of medicine called a sedating antihistamin. The active ingredient chlorphenamine is used to treat allergic reactions to dust mites, pets, food, medicine, insect bites and stings as well as treating nettle rashes, hives and skin allergies. This medication may cause drowsiness.
