SilDerm Dual Action Scar Gel uses a new and innovative roller ball head to apply the silicone. This ensures that the silicone dries quickly and also it massages the scar as it applies the silicone. Silicone and massage have been proven to be more effective at treating scars than just massage.

What is Silderm Dual Action Scar Gel?

SilDerm Dual Action Scar Gel contains effective ingredients specially selected for the management of scars, including keloids and hypertrophic scars, resulting from general surgical procedures, trauma, wounds and burns.

How It Works

Roller head with 3 metal balls designed to provide a double benefit of Silicone gel treatment coupled with the benefits of massage, which helps soften the scar tissue. Roller actions help spread gel and aids in rapid drying.

How Long does it take?

SilDerm Dual Action Scar Gel will start to reduce the redness of the scar and flatten the scar within two weeks but for
best results continue to use for 90 days. The larger the scar, or the older the scar, the longer it will take so keep using SilDerm™ until you stop seeing an improvement.

Whats are Scars?

Anything that causes the skin to break will cause a scar. With some people the scars will get better. However, in a large proportion of people, the scars will remain red and raised and will need to be treated with a safe effective product that is clinically proven to work. Silicone has been clinically proven in numerous studies to reduce the redness of scars, flatten scars and minimise the pain and itchiness.

Types of Scars:

BURN SCARS

OLD SCARS

How to use

Ensure that the affected area is clean and dry.
Apply to the area as a very thin coat twice daily and allow to dry.

Caution

Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, third degree burns and open wounds.
Do not use on dermatological conditions that disrupt the integrity of the skin.
For external use only.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your Doctor.
